This Oxidant Liquid 3% Beize from Refectocil is a liquid that must be mixed with the normal eyebrow and eyelash dye from Refectocil. When these two things are mixed together, the color is activated and you are ready to color your eyebrows or eyelashes. Refectocil is used by many hairdressers and beauticians, so you can be sure that you will get a professional salon look with super good intensity.RefectoCil Oxidant 3% beize comes in a 50 ml bottle with a practical dropper, the product lasts at least 50 colorings. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE REFECTOCIL OXIDANT LIQUID 3% BEIZE It is important that eyebrows and eyelashes are completely free of make-up before coloring. Mix 2 cm of the desired Refectocil color together with 10 drops of Oxidant Liquid. Apply to eyebrows and eyelashes and leave the color on for about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how strong a color you want. Then remove the color with a damp cotton ball.
